Highly successful women leaders are able to balance empathy and inclusiveness with assertiveness, ambition and drive. But shouldn't all leaders display these traits? What does it take to be a successes in business? Today's workforce is highly diverse and composed of 48% women. Command and control organizations are in decline, yet they remain the "standard" for measuring executive effectiveness.
