Question: A local school introduces a new academic program designed to improve students; grade point average (GPA) scores. To test the program, they select a sample of 10 students and measure the difference in their GPA scores before and after this program. Test whether or not scores improved following this program using the related-samples sign test at a .05 level of significance and state whether to retain or reject the null hypothesis.
