How do you measure the amount of chlorophyll a and b and the percent mass?

In the lab, 1mL of chloroplasts and 9mL of acetone was combined to make a new solution. This solution was then observed at 663nm and at 645nm.

Absorbance at 663nm: 1.212

Absorbance at 645nm: 0.519

In my procedure it says that the absorbance at 663nm multiplied by 0.00802 gives the amount of chlorophyll a in mg/mL while the absorbance at 645nm multiplied by 0.0202 gives the amount of chlorophyll b.
