During class we discussed the importance of setting specific and measurable goals for BIM or technology implementation. Provide 2 different examples of BIM goals and be sure to include:

The targeted goals;

The specific metric (or metrics) you would use to evaluate success;

How you would actually collect this metric;

What BIM use(s) would potentially provide value toward the goal;

Why you believe this particular BIM use would provide value; and

How you would use your collected metric(s) to know whether this BIM use was a success or failure.

When suggesting potential BIM uses, be sure to reference the BIM PxP Guide for both identifying BIM uses and also for potential rationale behind the selection of those uses.
