Assessment Description
The purpose of this individual assignment is to foster students' ability to discuss and reflect on the main aspects of destination and visitor management through concept mapping of their individual learning experiences. This will enable students to showcase their ability to be an active learner by reVecting on visitor and destination management theories and concepts from weeks 1 to 12. More V portantly, this reflective summary will give students an opportunity to practise their personal :evelopment concept mapping skills, which are such a necessity in today's business world.

Assessment Instructions
For an optimum outcome, the reflective summary should be started at the beginning of week 1, and continued throughout at least weekly. The key questions that you should ask yourself are:

How have your learning experiences and the major knowledge and skills you have developed during this subject affected you?

How will this impact on your practice as a leader?

'Reflection' requires you to observe, describe and make meaning of experiences closely. 'Critics reflection' requires you to take this one step further: to analyse, reconsider and question you learning experiences and relate these experiences to your previous knowledge, skills an( experiences to gain deeper and broader understandings, and from there to make change: (improvements) in your future personal development as a leader in tourism and hospitalit) industries.

In preparing this summary, you will need to write a detailed critical reflection of the following aspects:
