QUESTION The program management office is hosting a summer picnic. The event will take place off base during non-duty time and contractors that support the office have been invited to attend. The per person cost is $10; however, employee tickets are $5 because the command used MWR funds to offset the ticket prices. As a fundraiser, the social committee decides to charge the contractors $15. The extra $5 will go to the command's social committee fund for the holiday party. May the social committee charge the contractors $15 to attend the picnic?
