Water is to be transported through a network of pipelines from the big dam to the low valley for irrigation. A network is shown where arcs represent pipelines and the number on each arc represents the maximum permitted rate of water flow in cubic-feet per second. It is  desired to determine the maximum rate of flow from the big dam to the low valley.
