Matlab and cubic spline coefficients

I have 4 x,y data points and 12 cubic spline coefficients, a1,a2,a3,b1,b2,b3,c1,c2,c3,d1,d2,d3

I need to use the coefficients to plot, in MATLAB, three spline segments that pass through the data points. I am not sure how to approach this.
