You have accepted an opportunity to work as an expatriate at your company's new division. An expatriate is someone who is a citizen of one country but is working on an assignment in another country. The position starts in one month, so there is much to do before your big move. You have never traveled outside the United States (U.S.), not to mention living abroad, so you will need to conduct research on host country (the host country is the temporarily adopted country). 4. Discuss the formality of your chosen country. Does the lifestyle appear to be formal or informal? Be specific.
5. Name one or two specific characteristics that you feel make you the best candidate to assume this new position as expatriate.
