Mary, a 17-year old minor, went to Ira Toyota and purchased a 2016 RAV4 XLE for $20,700. Mary financed the car and agreed to pay $409 per month for five years. Mary made payments for the first six months before the car broke down. Upon learning that the car needed $3,000 in repairs, Mary took the car back to Ira and indicated that she wanted to disaffirm the contract and wanted her $2,454 back. Ira refused to let Mary back out of the deal and Mary sued. What is the outcome?
