Mary and Antony have branched out into 'new age' wellness therapies. A client, Toby, visits and undergoes one session of 'golden light therapy'. Toby is hooked and convinced that Anthony has 'magic hands'. Anthony suggests that Toby might like to sign a contract for a 'therapy package', 20 treatments for a discounted amount of $8,400.00, to be paid in instalments over three months. Toby tells Anthony he is only interested if Anthony promises that Anthony will be doing his therapy on each occasion, as he has 'magic hands'. Anthony agrees to provide the service on each occasion (and the contract is signed). However, after the second visit, Anthony gets busy and gives the therapy work to a locally contracted masseur.
