To this effect; both Queen Elizabeth and Lady Gaga meet the criteria outlined in the common elements of success because they have a defined goals that are precise, consistent and long term, They show deep understanding of the competitive environment in which they operate, their goals are measurable and they do not hesitate to deploy resources at their disposal follow by an effective implementation in order to succeed.
