Question: According to the American Hospital Association some of the emerging trends for health care include; strategic and agile supply chains, personalized care, virtual care, artificial intelligence and automation, and mergers and integration. The implications for marketing with strategic and agile supply chains has to market with getting products faster and delivered faster to patients. With the increased popularity of telemedicine and working from home it wouldn't be important to have supply chains that are fast for laboratory samples and delivering medical devices. This could be a main point of marketing for a company about having the "Best supply chain".

Personalized care will affect marketing by introducing more dedicated individual care. one of the most important parts of marketing is appealing to the individual as the consumer and patient. By having a more personalized care this will produce a warmer and more attractive environment for the patient.

Artificial intelligence and automation will be a big marketing point for many large organizations. Artificial intelligence gives us the ability to diagnose and treat faster and more efficient than before. It also helps market the "healthcare of the future".
