Assume you have been appointed as a Marketing Consultant to an organisation in your country or region. You have been asked to make a presentation to the senior management team about how they might improve revenue by better understanding buyer behaviour. Make some notes for your presentation structured around the Five stages in the customer buying decision. The senior management team is very practical minded, so at each stage be sure to suggest how the organisation could influence consumers to move to the next stage.
