The message across Amazons website is mainly all about convenience which appeals to the type of customers and purchases they are making. In terms of the more important element to describe the marketing tools Amazon need to use is the customer. As most of the Amazons audience intend to buy a specific item, they may actively seek communications from amazon. For example. perform a google search or use the internet to find this specific item. In terms of these customers they would rather about marketing messages as they know what they wantlneed beforehand, hence actively searching. To aim Amazon in achieving these sales, they need to make sure their website is the top search for certain items. There items need to then show as maybe the cheapest or with the quickest delivery, and this is before the customer is even accessing their website.
