Instructions

This exercise focuses on Robert Rubine, the vice president of marketing and operations of a medical supply company. In this position, he oversees the sales division. Despite required annual legal and ethics training, he hears that two employees are unfairly charging government-run hospitals a higher price for medical supplies than private organizations are paying. After taking his concerns to his boss, the company president, the two discuss how to deal with the "rogue employees."
