Margot van Lieshout is an 80-year widow who lives in an apartment in town with her daughter. She was diagnosed with COPD at age 55 years and is followed by her primary health care team. She reports that she has recently been having trouble with shortness of breath, especially when outdoors breathing in the cold winter air.
