1. Manpower's Health and Safety Policy guarantees our commitment to:

2. "Workplace Violence" means:

  • a. The exercise of physical force by a person against a worker that causes or could cause physical injury to a worker.
  • b. An attempt to exercise physical force against a worker that could cause physical injury to a worker.
  • c. A statement or behaviour that is reasonable for a worker in a workplace that could cause physical injury to a worker.

3. Behaviour that can be considered "Workplace Sexual Harassment" is

  • a. Your supervisor makes an unwelcome comment to you about sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression,
