2. "Workplace Violence" means:

• a. The exercise of physical force by a person against a worker that causes or could cause physical injury to a worker.

• c. A statement or behaviour that is reasonable for a worker in a workplace that could cause physical injury to a worker.

3. Behaviour that can be considered "Workplace Sexual Harassment" is

• a. Your supervisor makes an unwelcome comment to you about sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression,
• b. Your supervisor disciplines you for arriving late for your shift.
• c. Your supervisor conducts a performance appraisal with you where you are given constructive feedback.

4. As an Associate, you are expected to report unsafe work conditions (hazards) or incidents of workplace violence to:

• b. If you are asked to operate equipment that you have not been trained on.
