Title: Strategic approach to manpower acquisition recruitment and selection.

The choice of potential Employee Market could change when any organisation tries to introduce specific HR Policies and Practices. Envisage the following Scenarios & indicate how such HR Strategy will influence the Employee Market Choice.

These are the 3 scenario.

  1. Structural Change:-Creating few new positions which require a new set of Competencies
  2. Retention of New Joinees:- Organisation is encountering the Challenges of Retaining New Recruits hired from Premium Campuses.
  3. Creation of A New Position for Short Duration:- To drive a Specific Project, Resources are required for only one Year.

Make a couple of points under each scenario about how the strategy influences employee market choices. make it descriptive of each scenario point.
