Large numbers of employees have signed mandatory arbitration agreements in employment contracts. Courts usually uphold these clauses. Imagine that you signed an arbitration agreement, that the company later mistreated you, and that you could not sue in court.

Would you be upset? Or would you be relieved to go through the faster and cheaper process of arbitration?
