OH&S management system for an organization that you have worked in (or is knowledgeable about). You will need to identify the health and safety concerns in that organization, suggest ways that these concerns could be addressed, and how you (as an HRM consulting team) would go about solving these problems.

Identify at least 3 safety and health concerns, and identify corresponding relevant legislation to each of the 3 safety and health concerns (this requires reading the MB Safety and Health Act and Regulations 2020, Part II, starting with the table of contents to find the relevant legislation)
Describe the possible consequences if the concerns are not resolved.
Describe how a Human Resource team would assist in resolving these concerns using the Hierarchy of Controls (Elimination, Substitution/Engineering, Administrative and PPE or using Precontact, During Contact, Post Contact Controls)
Describe how the proposed solutions are to be implemented, using the 3 factors of Safety Performance (Ability, Motivation, and Opportunity)
