Eric wants to work on creating a high-performance team to empower them to recommend the best solutions for the business. To achieve this objective, he needs to act immediately. As he has a long way to go in building such a team, he has set himself a timeline of 3 months to achieve this, with 6 distinct steps he can take for 2 weeks each. For the first set of 2 weeks, he has brainstormed and arrived at two options to choose from, which are given below:

Option 1: Establish a clear vision/direction for the team to stick to for the next 6 months

Option 2: Confront Randy for his inappropriate behaviour towards the team
