Managing a brand and a market research study reveals that 68 per cent of the people who bought the brand in the first three months of the year did not buy it in the second three months and that 32 per cent of the customers bought a competitor's brand during the second three months. assist me with explaining the findings to my boss and suggestions that could be determined whether the results were good or bad?
