This week you will begin a journal on the materials you study and learn each week. Writing in the journal should be drawn from the chapter readings, exercises, discussion boards, and assignments. As journals are a personal construction, your journal entries should reflect what you have learned that you feel was important to your growth as a manager. You can relate this to personal experience and/or to your expectations of what it will be like to manage a department.
This is a graded activity and you will receive the grade just for recording in your journal provided I can see that you have treated the activity seriously. Journals are not right or wrong but simply a reflection of you beliefs based on learning and experience.
