This is a Managerial Communication course
The aim of this task is to analyze managerial communication issues and problems in-depth, through real experience either from the manager's or subordinate's perspectives. Your group needs to conduct a mini fieldwork, to produce the assignment report, involving a chosen organization/department.
The following steps may assist you in carrying out this assignment:
i. Identify the organization/department
ii. Identify the source (manager or subordinate)
iii. Conduct field work (probably an interview, it can be face-to-face or mediated)
iv. Gather information and data on the issue being studied.
v. Analyze the data.
vi. Produce report/writing (include your analysis - critically analyze and discuss the findings, summarized your analysis and provided your suggestions / recommendations)
