Your task is to write a report for the management team of a Supermarket Group. The Report needs to address the following problem:

A junior member of the company has submitted a complaint that she has been sexually harassed by a member of the senior management team on two occasions. Your report needs to discuss how to address this issue using the Bartol et al. (2008: 109) Decision Making Process:
