Please provide advice in relation to this Management Situational Assessment. I have 16 questions overall which I am uploading individually.
Q. 1 Management Situational Assessment
I am presented with a number of different work situations for a senior management position. In each case, the situation presented is followed by a number of possible responses.
The task is to rate EACH of the responses for their effectiveness in dealing with the situation.
The rating scale one will use is shown below. One will need to use this rating scale throughout the assessment.

I lead a team of ten people. In order to address the company's new organisational objectives, I have been asked to work out the section's yearly plan. My manager has given me and other section heads that report to her, a deadline of two weeks so that she can report to the Board.
