Discussion
This unit introduced the concept of top-down and bottom-up approaches. These approaches raise a question about who actually knows what is best for healthcare delivery in the United States. In your opinion, do the people know better than lawmakers do? Where are the healthcare providers in your equation? Use an example from either your own experience or the news to support your opinion.
