You have been tasked with writing a plan that will cut the Total Fertility Rate in half in 15 years and ultimately control population growth in your country. Detail your plan and include at least three specific programs to achieve your goal. When possible give examples of where/what countries these programs have worked for.

Other than Fertility Rates list at least two other statistics that you would need to know as you strive to manage population in your country. Birth and Death rates are not answers that you can use nor any fertility rate. Explain why you need the statistics you have chosen. (10%)
Until you succeed in lowering the Fertility Rate there is extreme pressure on the natural resources that your country has. One of the most important resources that your country has are rhinos and elephants that are both under pressure due to poaching for ivory and for their meat. Devise a sustainable way that your country can utilize the wildlife resources that you have to obtain a benefit for the country and its population. You must generate revenue for your country through your ides(s). Your ideas must also insure the future of the rhino and elephant populations. This answer will require multiple paragraphs for full credit. (20%)
