Question

Program Design for your client is an 13 year old male volleyball player who is in his preseason. He wants to increase his jump height to be able to get over blockers on the outside. He also would like to use upper body plyos to strengthen his hitting abiolity. He has had no injuries but this is the first time that he has tried to play any sports and definityly the first time he has worked out. He is very willing to learn and will accept any instructions given to him for a program?
