Chief Complaint: Mr. Alexander, a 22-year-old male presents to the clinic with headache, sore throat and dry cough for two weeks. He says his ear has been red, warm to touch and tender and he also has pink eye to the right eye for the last 3 days. History of Present Illness: Mr. Alexander has a history of bronchitis and tested positive for COVID-19 in 2023. The patient reports feeling fatigued and appears slightly pale. Mr. Alexander says despite not feeling well, he continues to attend class and work part- time at the university campus dietary department. He reports taking Tylenol 500 mg once or twice daily for fevers and resting but his symptoms have not subsided. He also states that he is up to date with his immunizations but doesn't recall receiving flu and pneumococcal vaccines in the last two years.
