A 59-year-old male patient complains of a very thick skin in the elbow. It was bothersome, although without significant pain, sought consultation through PT intervention. Upon history taking, the patient used to be a typist for 35 years who, most of the time, does typing using the typewriter on a hard table and states that he is more comfortable placing his elbow on a hard surface for support while doing his typing job.
