2. Which relationship between performance management systems and quality and risk management do you consider most critical? Explain your answer. What is it about some tools that might not work for you or your organization?

4. RMF- The collection of data is important but you also need to use the information.
At my organization we use an electronic medical record to collect all of our data. I can use this information to justify additional staff, analyze times for the surgical cases, and track costs. It's important to review the information to help implement changes and make improvements.
