How would you respond to this- There are many different ways to resolve conflicts in an organization because there are many different conflicts that happen. If a conflict arises between co workers I think the best way to resolve it would be to sit down with the co workers and discuss the situation, or look at the rules that have been designated by the company and try to come up with the best resolution for the parties involved. If the conflict were to arise from a product or processing standpoint, then the leaders should discuss and reevaluate the processing plans with everyone involved in the conflict to come up with a solution. I think the best way to resolve conflicts are to communication, having an open-mind, and making decisive decisions on the best way to resolve the conflict.
