You are a local police officer in a small town outside of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. During your morning patrol a local store owner sees you walking out side of his store and comes out to greet you with a cup of coffee and a hot bagel. You offer to pay for the items but he refuses . While there he begins to complain about how people are using his parking lot to shop at other stores in the area. He jokingly states "it would sure be nice to see them get tickets "that would stop them. You smile and begin to leave to continue your patrol. He asks you to wait a second ; goes into the store and returns with two tickets to this week's Pittsburgh Steelers game . He explains that he received them from a customer but really does not like football and isn't going to use the tickets. He says that he knows that you have a young son and would be really happy to see him enjoy the game. The tickets are extremely hard to get.
Would you take the tickets? Explain in detain why or why not.
