Kaone is a small business woman whose company, Kaonelly (Pty) Ltd, makes and sells bed linen throughout Botswana. Kaonelly (Pty) Ltd has recently been funded by the Youth Development Fund with a grant of BWP 100,000.00 to buy machinery and expand its operations outside Botswana.

As the Director, Kaone wishes to start the expansion by making an offer to supply bed linen to Sarona Hotel in Malawi. She plans to write an offer letter to the Managing Director of Sarona Hotel, Tebogo, indicating her goods catalogue, their prices and that such offer is only valid for 10 working days of receiving the letter. However, Kaone is not sure of the legal implications of such an action in terms of the law of contact and has approached you for advice before dispatching the letter. Advise Kaone.
