PFW Exercise & Nutrition Plan
The individual exercise and nutrition plan will include a one-month plan for exercise and nutrition goals. The one-month exercise and nutrition plan will include a weekly exercise plan (outlining the FITT components for cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitness,flexibility, & functional fitness) as well as target caloric intake (based on your goals) and nutrient breakdown (percentage of carbohydrate, fat, and protein) for YOURSELF.You will provide a sample meal plan for one day in each week covered in the plan (i.e., four complete days will be included).Your plan should include exercises that account for your full bodywith each component (make sure you are hitting every major muscle group/joint).

Make it as specific as you can & give a lot of details. What are your goals for this plan? Lose weight, gain muscle mass, etc.? What tools (that we learned in class) will you use to be able to make this plan a daily part of your lifestyle?
You will use chapters 5-8 & chapter 10 to reference back to & to make sure you're following the ACSM recommended guidelines for each component as well as your nutrition plan. Pay attention to the tables we talked about in each chapter.
