Data set Description: The data set was derived from the Brazilian mestizo population. For Local Ancestry, TRACTOR needs phased VCF as input. Currently, we can only convert binary to VCF input, depending on the tutor. This software has pre-operation, which requires software RFMIX and the optional steps in Step1 -3.
