Mr. Martin is a 42 /o business man single and living alone standing 5'9" and weight 120 kilos. Consulted a physician because of elevated laboratory test. Prior to consultation and getting laboratory works, he usually feels tired and always hungry. Patient buys food at the fast food because of his busy time he usually eat burgers, fries and large soft drinks. Aside from that, he also consumed process foods because they are more readily available and easy to prepare. He usually wakes up at around 5 in the morning and sleeps at around 1:00 am in the weekdays and 10:00 pm on weekend , due to this the patient has a poor exercise habit. The patient is non- alcoholic and non smoker . No medications being given as of this moment
