Question 1: Camilla Corp., has asked Merlin Magic to sell Camilla's uniquely designed costumes in Merlin Magic retail establishments. Camilla will pay for the $350 in shipping to get the costumes to Merlin Magicand will reimburse Camillafor advertising costs up to $275 along with paying a 10% commission on each costume sold. Camilla shipped 500 costumes to Merlin Magicin 2021. Each costume costs Camilla $35 to make and the selling price placed on the costumes by Merlin Magicis $64. Merlin Magicspent $320 on advertising of Camilla's costumes in 2021 and sold 380 of the costumes. (Note - ignore Henrietta's entries - only make journal entries for Merlin Magic).
