In a concise paragraph present to leadership the reasons why it is a good idea to develop an application in house and in a second paragraph explain to leadership why it would be a good idea to outsource the application to a third party?

From this research, it's evident that mobile computing has vastly accelerated in popularity over the last decade due to several factors noted by the authors in our chapter reading.
