Question: As an IT strategist at a digital bank, you are asked to make an IS/IT strategic plan for the 2023 - 2025 period. The following are the 3 main business aspirations of the digital bank:
• Become the main digital banking in Indonesia with fast, easy and digital services safe.
• Strong focus on customers (customer centric), by always providing the best and relevant services and products for each individual based on data (data driven).
• Maintaining profitability by increasing revenue and reducing costs through automation of the bank's internal processes which are still manual.
As a first step, you are asked to create a frame of mind to produce an IS/IT strategic plan for the bank.
Here are some things you should consider:
1. The main stages and the duration of time required to answer What is the current condition of the company, Where is the company's direction and goals in the future, How to achieve company goals?
2. Related parties (stakeholders) who will be involved at each stage.
3. The methodology to be used in each stage (SWOT, Value Chain Analysis, etc) along with
the justification.
4. Outputs (deliverables) from each stage.
5. The approach made must cover comprehensive aspects including HR/Organization,
Process/Governance, and Technology.
It is highly recommended to use charts / diagrams in explaining your answer.
