Uber has been known to under pay their employees, leak private information, have high prices, trying to sabotage similar competitors, and more. I think the first step to repairing their reputation would be to explain to the consumers why these things happened in the first place. This will form some empathy with customers, as long as the reasons are understandable. Next there should be homework done in all of these areas. Making positive change in the most important factor in preparing a bad reputation. The company should also make it clear to the consumers that these changes are being implemented; Make an announcement or offer a special promotion when starting up these new ideas.

I think that is statement meant a lot to a very large group of people, because people of all different backgrounds and living situations can relate to this. It is also a very comforting statement as it shows that everyone can receive help from this company, no matter who they are. It is so powerful when a company can accommodate to a wide variety of consumers.

At first glance, this statement seems good and positive. But after putting a little bit more thought into it, it is a little bit off brand for KFC. Sure we want fast, friendly, cheap, healthy food, but KFC isn't often the place somebody would go if this is what they are wanting. I think this advertising makes sense, but maybe just not for KFC's brand.
