Question- My professor wants me to make a solution that is 50mM sodium phosphate, 300 mM NaCl and 5% DMSO at pH 7.5. How would I figure out how many grams/milliters of each chemical needed so that I could make this solution?

Please show your math and explain your work. It is not a question in the book, so I just need the full solution of deriving!
