Case: You and your team are hired as negotiation advisors by Aceros Latinoamérica, a Mexican company that is a leader in the industry in Mexico and Central America. You are preparing with your team to make a presentation with the negotiation strategy that you will share with the company that hired you. This company produces plate steel and its derivatives, and is negotiating to sell its products to a company in the United States.

Within the negotiation process they are analyzing the costs of the products, the advantages they could have when negotiating with Aceros Latinoamérica and the import process.
