ASSESSMENT ITEM 3: In this group assessment, you will be given a real-life scenario to apply project management principles and techniques to analyse and manage project parameters, scope, deliverables, and budget. You will also have to make appropriate recommendations for contingency plans in this case study.

Assessment 1: This assessment relates to the unit learning outcomes as in the unit descriptor. This assessment is designed to evaluate student's ability to identify the key phases of projects and to successfully managethe projects by using various IT project management tools and techniques. In this individual assignment, you will make a presentation on applying IT project management knowledge to the given case study and on developing project management proposals and plans.
