Final Project - Each student should focus on the three major tenets of organizational behavior, including 1) individual behavior; 2) group or team behavior; and/or 3) organizational structure and design. Then the student should develop a PowerPoint presentation that will be shared with the entire class during the final week of the class. The final project is worth 100 points, or 10% of the final grade. Of the 100 points, 25 points are associated with a Final Project Proposal description, which is due during the midway point of the course. The other 75 points will be awarded upon the presentation of the PowerPoint presentation during the final week of the course.

The 7-10 slide presentation, should include SPEAKERNOTES (aka Presenter Notes), and be supported through academic evidence and example.

I have no idea what this is asking for. What am I suppose to be writing about the three major tenets? I don't know how to approach the project when I am not sure what the project is. Could you shed some light?
