Q1. Your Company operates in multiple different states including Texas, California, Washington, Massachusetts, Colorado and Ohio. The Company provides a delivery service for grocery and provides a vehicle for the employees. Recently there has been a higher demand for more delivery employees. Your Company has hired 6 - 10 new employees in every state.

Due to current inflation, your Company has decided to review its Compensation plan for these delivery employees.

  1. What will be two major factors (one internal and one external) affecting your Company's compensation plan?
