Apply Piaget's developmental theories to 34-year-old female with Bipolar, Major Depressive Disorder, and Anxiety. She is seeking Xanax. She says that nothing else works for her but then admitted that Clonidine worked for her. She was restarted on Clonidine 0.1 mg during this encounter, then increased it to 0.2 mg, and was given 2-week prescription Clonazepam two weeks ago. She was scheduled to follow up in a month, but she returned today saying that the Pharmacy refused to fill her Clonidine, so she doubled up on the Clonazepam, so she ran out. She also came up with many stories about how anxious she was at this time. She had referred her back to the pharmacy and her Clonazepam will not be refilled. She continues to see her therapist.
