Local banks and International banks can retain their customers and, at the same time, acquire new customers by use of customer satisfaction strategies. Banks can do ths by making sure that the customers receive the best customer service. The banks can do tis by making sure that the customers receive the services in time and whenever they need it, the bank can also make sure there are no delays in service delivery.

Banks are also starting to use modernized ways of banking as a way to retain customers. This has been achieved by the use of mobile banking and the extension of their services to other countries, including globally. By doing this, the banks retain customers who are on the move most of the time. The customers prefer this bank over others that have not yet started using the modernized ways of banking; therefore, the banks are able to retain the customers.
